Big ears with a distinctive fold, a huge tragus, and that little lobe at the base of the ear... I assume it's a European bat? If so, I'd say Plecotus auritus, Brown Long-eared Bat. :)

Hurra! :) So here's another one:

Varanus

I believe that's one of my favorite geckos, the Northern Spiny-tailed Gecko (Strophurus ciliaris). :)  Seeing as the spines on the tail are mostly orange, it appears to be S. c. ciliaris.

Well, sort of... You know, it was quite tricky because I really thought you had posted one of the newer, obscure Varanus species... but there's of course a family of neotropical lizards, the Teiidae, with many species resembling lacertids and varanids... and especially the False Monitor, Callopistes flavipunctatus! >:D D'oh, that took me really long! :-[ ;D
