Safari LTD Authentics Habitat Collection - Insects.

A good find!

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Habitat-Collection-Authentic-Insects-Educational-Brand-New-SPIDER-BEE-LADY-BUG-/131413671397?pt=Educational_Toys_US&hash=item1e98dd7de5

It says 'Galileo Educational' on the box, is that some alternative brand?

I dont think so; maybe Safari made it for Galileo, but it's the Safari Figures and terminology (and series name: Habitat Authentics). I have the figures and they look the same

Okay :) could they be high quality knock offs?

I think they're originals. :) I remember other figures, e.g. the deep-sea fish, were also sold in boxes with Galileo Educational on them. I once bought such a box and the figures are definitely original. I believe it also said Safari Ltd somewhere on the box but I don't know where the box is so I can't check that out at the moment.

yes I think they are originals. THey are gashapon-sized (Capsule Q sized) and while not as detailed as the Japanese brands, they are nice figures and appartently not easy to come by.

Saw these on eBay. Not familiar with 'Shine G Lucky' but another cool set of owls:

I've seen them on Rakuten, too. I believe this is the same company that made the "Tenori Inko Collection" from which we've seen the cockatiels in staregatedalek's walk-around.

Really beautiful olws  ^-^.

I'd never seen a rearing chameleon figure before (or can't recall seeing one, at least): http://www.ebay.com/itm/Animal-Toy-Figure-Panther-CHAMELEON-lizard-5-inches-tall-9-inches-long-reptile-/331486941909?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4d2e2952d5

I've seen it imaged on this forum by members I believe. I think it is an AAA figure.

stargatedalek

That is indeed by AAA ;)

A set of bin-style insects, but it includes several from the Groovy Tube set, Bug Blast, including the luna moth and flea!

http://www.ebay.com/itm/7pic-Fake-animal-insect-scorpion-butterfly-moth-ladybug-bee-dragonfly-Hornets-/321723863832?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4ae83c9318
All of those look just like the ones I got in my Bug Blast set.

Jetoar

The best of the set is the Luna moth in my opinion  ^-^.
