So far 4 have been shown. The koi, Patagotitan, Crested Gecko, & Rock Agama which were all on the list we were given. So I'm confident that there will be a salmon shark, but now I'm thinking that there won't be much 2022 releases.

We'll see, Safari Ltd. said they'd be revealing new stuff all this week.

Apparently the list I posted initially was a leaked 'partial' list and there will be more reveals throughout the year.

I considered that; the leaked list was taken from Spielzeug Günstig and sometimes there are translational issues; the shark might be something different (although I am hoping it is indeed a salmon shark)

I guess I should have quoted the post above mine in the reply. I just meant that if such a figure exists, I wouldn't be worried that it would be another repaint.

This is encouraging. I trust Safari with sharks and if there is a salmon shark, and it's not a repaint, then it's my most anticipated toy of the year. A salmon shark is one of the last species I ever expected from any company.

Safari's sharks as of late as a whole are the best, in my humble opinion. I am always excited when Safari announces a new shark!

FlaffyRaptors

I wonder when the rest of the 2022 line-up will be revealed.
Or when the revealed 2022 products will be available for sale.

EpicRaptorMan

@FlaffyRaptors the new ones they unveiled are already on their website, just not purchasable yet.

But yeah I'm really tired of waiting at this point.

Not the salmon shark, for example.

EpicRaptorMan

@SerAndrew I know. I said the ones that Safari Ltd has unveiled thus far.

At this moment in time they haven't unveiled the salmon shark...there might not even be one (more than likely tho)

Gecko08

Do we have a release date for the Crested Gecko?

EpicRaptorMan

Tbh getting real tired of waiting for Safari Ltd right about now

Shane

I can guarantee this will not make announcements come any faster.

Added the baby alligator to the first post; I assume it's in the IC line

It's in the Wild Safari collection. Size is about 4.75" long.

thanks; I'll edit accordingly

EpicRaptorMan

The baby alligator honestly looks really nice, but I'm not into the IC collection.

Shane

As mentioned previously, it is not an IC, it is in the Wild Safari collection.

YESS!

What I want it to be-Fin whale

What it looks to be- Could actually be the dorsal view of a fin whale fluke when accounting for the angle. Obviously it can't be any of the ''usual suspects''- (Humpback, sperm whale, orca) given their recent versions of each. Not gonna be a bowhead or right whale either. I am actually very curious at what it would be. It'd be very interesting. They could try a gray whale, but I'd have no use for one, and it looks too dark to be one. Just don't have it be another orca refresh.
