The surgeonfish are a group of fish that inhabits warm waters around coral reefs. They are mostly herbivorous and benifit the reefs by eating algae, which balances the coral and algal growth. They range in size from the small bristletooth tang which can get up to 15 cm to the largest surgeonfish species: the white margin unicornfish, which gets to 100 cm in length.

I always have a love-hate relationship to blind bag/box figures. On one hand it’s thrilling to try to get what you want, but if you’re on a budget, it can be a nightmare especially if the figure you want isn’t appearing despite spending a lot of money.

There are roughly 34,000 species of fish inhabiting the World’s oceans, seas, ponds, rivers, and lakes in the present, but many more species have already gone extinct or have yet to be discovered. In recent years, many figure companies have had their fair share of fish figures, although are usually outclassed by the more popular mammals.
