New for 2025 - FISH and MARINE/AQUATICS

For 2025 I am going to start something new in the 'New For...' child board. In addition to threads by company, I will also try to maintain threads for major taxonomic or ecological themes, that way a collector can see in the first post of the thread, for example, what all mammal wildlife are released in a year. This thread will be for Fish and Marine; the list of threads will be:

Mammals - Wildlife
Birds - Wildlife
Reptiles and Amphibians
Fish and Marine
Insects and other Terrestrial Invertebrates
Livestock, Pets, and Poultry
Mixed Wildlife
Dinosaurs and Prehistoric

Some releases may be in more than one thread. I will start adding pics to these threads this weekend! Feel free to contribute to the thread, I'll do my best to keep the first thread updated! We will see how this goes; if it becomes overwhelming I may not maintain it in future years!

My Schleich Right Whale Just arrived and it is a great figure , It may even be better than the old one

Not sure exactly where this should go, but thought it was worth mentioning here.

The Safari Ltd Ocean TOOB has been refreshed with some updated sculpting and paint details on some of the figures.

The eagle ray now has the enhanced paint from the Endangered Species - Marine TOOB.

The sperm whale and humpback whale sculpts are now based on the newer versions from the Whales TOOB.

The dolphin is now based on a newer sculpt from the Dolphins TOOB.

The sea turtle is now based on a newer sculpt from the Galapagos TOOB.

The penguin is now an emperor penguin with baby based on a sculpt from the Penguins TOOB.

That's great @Shane - I can update the first post when I can easily get an image (hard to save images from Safari's site) and at the same time, introduce it in a Safari - New for 2025 thread(?). Updates are OK for 'new'. Thanks!
