CollectA should make an armadillo figure.

It seems that CollectA is getting into making more xenarthran figures, with the release of their beautiful giant anteater in 2024, which I am very grateful to own. I'm thinking they should make an armadillo to complete their xenarthran lineup. What do you think, and what armadillo species should CollectA make?
(P.S., here is my xenarthran diorama. It's a work in progress but it's almost completed. I think an armadillo from CollectA would look amazing in it.)

I'm a huge fan of South American wildlife.

There's a lot of things that collectA should make

Sim

I'd be interested in a seven-banded armadillo from CollectA.  That species has no figures according to Toy Animal Wiki.

Yes, like a parrot!  It amazes me CollectA hasn't made any, they are the third most popular type of pet after digs and cats.

A seven-banded armadillo would be cool.
Plus, I would actually love to see a parrot from CollectA. Imagine how beautiful and detailed that figure would be.

Pink fairy armadillo or giant armadillo, please.

Would be great to have a pink fairy armadillo figurine no longer than 1 centimeter, so it would scale with my homemade giant armadillo

I can't see CollectA doing that...or anyone, really. ;)

Maybe a Japanese gashapon company. I have lots of very tiny Japanese figures, and they are sometimes very obscure species.

Yeah, that makes a lot more sense.

I'll join in with my idea: a nine-banded armadillo that actually has hair texturing on its underside. Adding hair texturing to armadillo figures seems to be uncommon, with my Brazilian three-banded armadillo being the only figure I know of with that hair texturing. But, knowing how insanely detailed CollectA's figures are, they could possibly do that.

At one centimetre though? That's in the range of good luck minis -- and probably wouldn't have the detail we'd want! I'm not even sure of gashapon in that size

stargatedalek

That's more a size range for an accessory to another figure. Maybe alongside a giant armadillo?

I've been organizing my collection recently and some of my smallest collectibles are French ceramic critters called feves. They're less than an inch long (about 2 cm) and come in a dizzying array of characters and animals. And you're not gonna believe it:

I think the only way to find it in a search is to look for "Chlamydophore". I don't think you'll find another in super small scale that isn't a custom.
