Hello all,

The ATB was recently contacted by the Moyu Store, that makes 'steam punk-style' models (https://www.moyustore.com/). They would like to collaborate with the Blog and have someone review one of their products.

They have generously offered to send their owl model (https://www.moyustore.com/products/steampunk-owl-with-goggles-diy-3d-metal-animal-model-kits-700-pcs-difficult-puzzle) to someone for Blog Review. They can ship most anywhere except some high arctic areas and parts of Central Africa, so most reviewers should be good.

@Andreas9526 - perhaps this is something of interest to you?

If interested, please PM me and @AnimalToyForum so we can try to get the ball rolling.

I always thought our interests aligned with accurate realistic depictions of animals. A robot clock owl seems a bit out of our realm, no?

There's all kinds of figures on the blog.

It's not my sort of thing, but I'm sure one of the bloggers might find it piquing their interests

I would totally have been interested if this was pre-built or a plastic model kit, but metal assembly is a bit out of my wheelhouse. I fear I'd have difficulty assembling it and as such wouldn't really be able to give a proper review.

That could give a potential review an interesting and unique angle, someone recounting their first experience with a metal model like this. It might encourage hesitant readers to take the plunge as well... so long as you were able to build it!

The owl is not interesting for me. These metal kits are not my style.
I stick to collecting plastic models and resin figures.
