Wanted: Safari Frilled Lizard

Hey guys, I'm in need of some help here.

Recently I ordered a Safari Ltd. Frilled Lizard from an eBay seller, who shipped it, but it never arrived. Seller claims it to be lost in transit and would refund me (still waiting for it).

Problem is I can't find another lizard for a reasonable price. I had paid 17 for it shipped within the US, but the only one for sale on eBay right now is for a whopping 30 dollars plus 11 shipping. I don't think 41 is a great deal for that model, I was thinking of spending up to 25 on it shipped. I know it is discontinued, but  it used to be pretty common on eBay.

If anyone knows where I could find one or has one for sale in this price range, let me know.
