I'm much more lenient with megafauna/non-dino extinct animals, though. 

When I started collecting dinos I was supposed to limit myself to the most accurate 1/30-1/40 figures, representing the big groups.
Then I started making some exceptions and then I accepted that I'll get ALL Eofaunas (spanish brand and I love the figures).
So far so good, I've not broken the rule so much... But if this is an ankylo I will probably break it, because I already have the PNSO.

Btw, an exception on the opposite direction is the Eofauna T-Rex, that I won't be gettig. Because I don't like the pattern of the skin and I already have the sitting PNSO, which brings more diversity to my collection: the pose is original and I allows me to have a lipless vs lipped (Eofauna giganotosaurus) sauropod

Well, my main collection is still (basically) synoptic or at least male + female + calf if they fit aesthetically.

But for dinos I didn't meant one per species, but one per group.

I also have more of a synoptic collection, but have got a few "extra" figures because I really liked the new ones that came out, so now I have three figures of a few species. Just couldn't part with the figures, haha.

One per group would definitely be much easier to manage and much easier on my wallet.

And to stay on topic, I think we can expect the reveal tomorrow.

It's a company of interest to many people, especially because of the elephant connection.

And besides, they're still 'animal toys' so technically fit anyway!

Honestly, we are showing here whatever weird thing the Japanese brands release! Why not this haha

I guess their proboscidean figures could count as animal ones, so I guess you could say they release animal and dino figures like the other brands.    Plus, I think it's another topic/discussion that adds to the forum "traffic".

Also, it appears the new figure really is an ankylosaurus.  Oh, seems SerAndrew beat me to it.
