I am finding that some photos, like a lot of the Nayab photos, have a massive "Photobucket" banner over it. Not sure what you plan with those, but thought I'd point it out.

Photobucket? What's Photobucket?

Just kidding, those photos are as good as gone. Somehow they escaped the 'purge': http://animaltoyforum.com/index.php?topic=2085.0

Ah, I see. Thought it was something like that. Guess it makes those photos unusable

Another phenomenal write up by stargatedalek in the walkabout of the Perching Cockatiel by Tenori Inko Collection.

I also feel that if the Cambrian Creature Mini Models by Kinto Favorite-Burgess Shale Series is going to be taken off, it would be better sent to the DTB, as it features long extinct species.

That is my review. I think DTB already has it. Regardless, because it is an overview of a whole set, it can probably go to the Company pages for Favorite rather than being deleted.

Many of my walkarounds are reviews of sets. And those that don't make it to the Blog can be moved elsewhere on the forum (e.g. Company pages)

A few have been reviewed, but not the set. Would be quite easy to post it as a review, as the full mini set hasn't been done.

This is a review of the entire set at the time of its release, minus a yellow variant of the Anamolacaris (which at the time was a secret/chase figure): http://animaltoyforum.com/index.php?topic=1906.msg15036#msg15036

I still think it would be fine, but ultimately, the decision is yours. As it is the mini sets, think you'd be alright.

What's the plan for walkarounds like Kostistlac's, which are videos? Will there be a Youtube channel like on the DTB?

sirenia

Another nice write up provided by GiselleGazelle on the Schleich Arctic Wolf.

sirenia

And the write up of [Aylesbury] Duck by Schleich, courtesy of Battatitan.

sirenia

And with that, all walkarounds that haven't got photos in them are now listed. Hope this helps!

bmathison1972

You should flag members with an'@' so they are aware that their walkarounds have Blog interest. They can then email their images to the Blog email and we can transfer text from the forum :)

All those who have had walkarounds without photos, but with great reviews, could you send images to the Blog email, so we can use your text and images to make new reviews. The following in particular:

@Battatitan : [Aylesbury] Duck by Schleich
@GiselleGazelle : Schleich Arctic Wolf.
@Jetoar : Schleich Indian Rhino.
@Takama
@sbell
@werb
@brontodocus : Lonesome George
@Rossano
@Beetle guy

Feel free to send any other walkaround listed with new photos and reviews, as your work on others are phenomenal.

Beetle Guy and sbell are authors and have direct access to the Blog

True, but thought mentioning here would at least bring it to their attention.

bmathison1972

thanks a TON for all your help in getting this stuff organized!!

I saw you have a Guest Review in the email; I'll get it up when I get home from work this afternoon (pending a review by another Author).

Glad to be of service. If only I could stop twitching when I see Jetoar's name! :P

Glad it came through, look forward to seeing it on the blog.

Sirenia, I see only now this post since I remain unlogged for quite a long time.

I am honored (and actually surprised) to see my name listed here, but I think that the only decent note I wrote is the one on Bullyland Fire Salamander. The ones on Schelich's Dunkleosteus and Sea Lion are more requests for informations than descriptions of the models.

If it can be of any help I might send some pics of the(se) model(s). Just let me know.

@Rossano - we no longer do walkarounds. We are only using the Blog now. if you want to send us images, we can combine those images with the text you have written in the walkarounds and put them on the blog. Or, if you would like, you can resubmit everything new.

However, if it is more convenient for you to just send us images, we can take the text from the forum and migrate it to the Blog.

Images (and any new text) should be sent to: [email protected]

Thanks, it would be great to have you contribute as well!
