Hello friends, this is the figure of White Rhino (Ceratotherium simun) Burchell, 1817 of EditorialSol90. Total lenght is 150 mm. This figure was realised in 2006. White rhinoceroses are found in grassland and savannah habitat. Herbivore grazers that eat grass, preferring the shortest grains, the white rhinoceros is one of the largest pure grazers. It drinks twice a day if water is available, but if conditions are dry it can live four or five days without water. It spends about half of the day eating, one third resting, and the rest of the day doing various other things. White rhinoceroses, like all species of rhinoceros, love wallowing in mudholes to cool down.

Sometimes, we can find nice figures that they are a gift of magazines collections. Editorial Sol90 have launched a great collection of figures of animals with a great details. It is a good example. This is a great replica of this rhino from my point of view with a great details in its head and skin. The stand and colors are really nice. I bought this figure in a flea market of Madrid (Spain) two weeks ago  ^-^.

While probably not the best White Rhinoceros figure (though still a good one), I like the pose very much. And the big head! 8)

Yes, the details of the skind and the head are the best points of this figure from my point of view  ^-^.
