Atlantic Puffin (Papo-Sea Life)

Hello friends, this is the figure of Atlantic Puffin (Fratercula arctica) Linnaeus, 1758 of Papo-Sea Life. Total lenght 80 mm. This figure was released in 2009 and currently is avaliable. It is the only puffin native to the Atlantic Ocean with two related species inthe Pacific Ocean. The Atlantic Puffin spends the autumn and winter in the open ocean of the cold northern seas and returns to coastal areas at the start of the breeding season in late spring.











Papo is a young brand in the world of figures if we compare them with Safari or Schleich, but they have a important place in the world currently. They are famous for their figures of feline and dinosaurs but they are doing great jobs with the reptiles and birds (new garhial is amazing) and their sea animals figures are not a exception. Proportions are awesome an details of the feathers is awesome. Definetly it is one of the best figure of Atlantic Puffin. It is one of my favorite figures of my collection and I bought this figure in a store of Jerez de la Frontera (Spain) 3 years ago .

Yes, I think the same that you friend. Papo version is more detailed than Schleich figure  .

Very detailed and a nice paint job, too! I'm tempted to make a walk-around of the Safari Ltd WoW version which is of similar quality so then we would have three Atlantic Puffin figures by three major brands within a short time to compare with each other.

Yes friend, on of the best figures of this specie. I dont know the Safari version, It is a good idea  .
