I toke the advice to heart and bought that mantis shrimp, and only a few hours later they've put up another one. Incase anyone else is still looking:

https://www.ebay.ca/itm/152899619914?ul_noapp=true

If anyone's interested, I found yet another AAA mantis shrimp, although once again the price is far too high for my tastes and the shipping is outrageous! But maybe someone here will snatch it up  :) https://www.ebay.ca/itm/Retired-RARE-AAA-Huge-mantis-shrimp-crab-PVC-Figure-Figurine-Model/163040273517?_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D2%26asc%3D40972%26meid%3D16885d14ed244f01b1736e45a7b8cedb%26pid%3D100011%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D1%26sd%3D152899619914%26itm%3D163040273517&_trksid=p2047675.c100011.m1850

It's still the same seller. So buyer beware (based on Star's review...)

It wasn't a review (i.e. walkaround), I think it was more a warning under the Feedback Thread.

That's the one--I should have said seller review. Most of his stuff is far more expensive than normal...and in this case, Star's mantis shrimp arrived with degrading plastic. When she inquired, she was met with a 'meh'.

A sloth figure in a pose that sums up how I feel most days :)) (Not sure what the make is).

Beetle guy

I think it is made by manufacturer Tomy Takara or Epoch.
To beetle or not to beetle.

Interesting set of Agatsuma "weird animals": https://www.ebay.com/itm/Agatsuma-weird-animal-set-of-9-secret-snake-MIP-w-boxes-Japan-not-Kaiyodo/202317572759

Looks like that tardigrade is in there for the Sacred Order of Tardegrade Collectors. Have these received the walk-around treatment yet?

It is indeed a series of strange animals...and definitely the biggest tardigrade model! I think...

I also believe that they were discussed somewhere around here, but not sure when.

I could have sworn @brontodocus did a walkaround of the tardigrade, but I cannot find it in the Other/Miscellaneous section. I have it (of course) and could do a walkaround if so desired. I have all my tardigrades (4 of them) in the Blaine's Bug of the Day thread.

Wow, I'd forgotten I'd done that...and that something happened with Dropbox, so most of my old photos are gone...I will see if I can find those ones again.

Some AAA animals. They look smaller than the AAA animals I'm familiar with.  The listing says African animals, but there's a koala in the mix, at least. https://www.ebay.com/itm/AAA-Mixed-Lot-Wild-JUNGLE-Animals-AFRICA-Hippo/173174715117

Most of those are K&M figures. Hard to judge the size though.

Oh, that'll explain it! The title is misleading then. Are any of them even AAA's?

And two tigers, a panda, a Malayan tapir, a green iguana, a snow leopard and an orangutan... plus some kind of deer and a monkey that fits best with white-faced capuchin. Most of the lot is non-African stuff, hehe

Yes, misleading title in every possible way!  ;D
