Walk-around of the CollectA Horse Collection Przewalski Stallion, Equus ferus przewalskii (Poliakov, 1881). Snout-vent length is approx. 110 mm and shoulder height approx. 75 mm, corresponding to a scale of approx. 1:19, a little bigger than the retired Schleich Przewalski's Horse. The human figure ("Mutt Williams" by Hasbro) is approx. 1:19 scale, too.

Battatitan

Congratulations on acquiring him already Brontodocus!  :D He's one of my most eagerly anticipated figures this year, mainly due to Przewalskis being represented rarely and his unique pose. I'm afraid your pictures have only served to heighten my excitement - so thanks! He really is a fantastic model.  :D

Jetoar

Amazing figure and walk-around friend  ^-^. Another great figure for pleistocene dioramas and collections  ^-^.

It has great pose and I like the head and expression. :) Congrats on getting it and thanks for good walkaround.
The weak points are proportions: body is way too short and also neck should be longer a bit. Because of these issues this model is not on my wishlist :-\ In all other points it's very interesting figure with good paint work too.

Thanks, Battatitan, Jetoar, and Ana! :) I didn't find the body too short but maybe it appears so because the head is a little on the large side?

Yes, I think if the head would be smaller and legs shorter then body and neck lenght would be OK.  ::)

OkapiBoy

Nice figure, way better than the stock photos.
I was worried about the neck proportion, but looking at the figure and some real animal photo, it looks about right.

Finally was able to get this guy, and it's a beautiful figure indeed! Stock photo really don't do it justice.

I have the Schleich version which is a very nice figure. I'd like to find this one. Anyone know where it can be sourced in Europe?

Yay, congrats! :) It seems it's not so widely available, yet.

Mine is from here. They ship to the UK but shipping is â,¬9.90

Dragonwolf

With all the imperfections pointed out regarding this figure, I'm still gonna get it. You don't see too many wild horses toys out there other than zebras. Besides, it's either that or no Przewalski's horse to display.
