Walk-around of the CollectA Wild Life Defassa Waterbuck, Kobus ellipsiprymnus defassa (Rüppell, 1835). Snout-vent length is approx. 105 mm and shoulder height 68 mm, so the scale would be between approx. 1:18 and 1:20. The human figure "Andreas Köpke" by minimen is 1:20 scale.

Great pics!  This is my first Collecta wildlife animal  :)

Battatitan

A beautiful and very elegant antelope. At last these dainty creatures are being represented in fine figure form. Thanks CollectA, and thanks Brontodocus  :D

Thanks, Fukuiraptor & Battatitan! :) It's even an uncommon sight in zoos, I think I've only seen it in Burgers' Zoo, Arnhem (NL).

Really? That's a shame, because they're such beautiful antelopes.  :D They're one of my favourites, in fact (but, then again, I have a soft spot for all antelopes).  ;D

Jetoar

Wonderful figure, like all the latest CollectA Antelopes.

                 ....... beautiful photos too :)!

Thanks, Jetoar & Helge! :) I was also surprised how big it is.

Ana

Great antelope, I just bought it two days ago. I love it :) Great walkaround photos  8)

Dragonwolf

Gotta agree, he's one of the best made antelope models. And big, too. This one towers over the rest of my herd. I wonder how big does it get in real life. But yes, again, the details are very life-like, especially the horns. Now, we're ready for the Lechwe's water buck to come out.
