Great White Shark (Playmates)

Hello friends, this is the figure of Great white shark ( Carcharodon carcharias ) Linnaeus, 1758 of Playmates. Total lenght is 150 mm. This figure was relased for Tomb Raider figures in 2000.











Sometimes, other brands, that not do animal figures, They do good replies and sometimes, better than them. This figure is a good example. Colours, stand and proportions are nice but this head, Is one of the best head of this specie that I have seen in a figure. The proportion and sculp of the head are perfect. This figure from my point of view is better than wild safari figure. My father bougth me this figure when I was a child in a flea market  .

This is a mostly good figure, but I think the tail fin is a bit too big, and the gums stick out kinda weirdly.

Yes I think the same that you rescpect the tail, but the gums are bmore less good, better than wild safari figure.

It's very interesting to see white shark figure with this expression on face, other companies avoid showing these sharks like that. I think it's very interesting model.

Interesting, I've never seen that one before! I agree, it's better than the WS Sealife Great White (but that one seriously needs an update).
