So... I guess this means "brace yourselves".  :-X
Here is the email I received:

"Already supply chains are being affected drastically by this Tariff War.

NOW is the TIME to BUY if you need to. Prices are going to continue to rise as supply dwindles.

At this time much of our stock is at Pre-Tariff Pricing.

Be prepared for the holidays as we foresee the toy industry taking a HUGE hit this season.

Nearly ALL of our Museum Quality Dinosaur models are DIRECTLY imported to the United States from China. These will be an issue stocking moving forward.

Papo & Mojo Fun brands have lost their US Distributor and currently do not have any plans for new stock being imported.

As the year progresses I expect availability and prices to worsen."

That's bad news about Papo. Luckily I got the Mojo 2025 I wanted. There is still Minizoo and the German ebay dealer.

Also, for anyone who is familiar with Lana Time Shop/collects prehistorics this was announced on their instagram page a while back:
"To our US collectors- No more tariff surprises!
Good news! We've adapted to the latest US tariff changes to make your experience even smoother:
All US orders are 100% duty-paid - No surprise fees when your package arrives. If anything pops up, just hit us up- we've got you covered.
Shipping costs will see a small adjustment (just a tiny bit).
Delivery times might be delayed by 2-5 days due to new customs procedures- feel free to DM us anytime for updates! We're here to keep your collecting journey easy and stress-free. Thanks for being a part of our community - we appreciate every one of you! "

On a related note. Yesterday I got a parcel from Minizoo (no tariff but it was probably cleared by customs before 5/2). I asked my local mail delivery person what the process is I was to be required to pay a tariff? Do I get a bill and then when I pay it, the item is delivered? Do I get a delivery notification and then have to go to my local post office to pay and get it?

He said he had no idea and that they had not been trained on anything yet. Makes me wonder if the tariff process is before delivery attempt? Does anyone know?

If it's anything like Canada, it's assessed by Customs when it reaches your country, and then you're expected to pay upon or before delivery. Probably will be something similar
