I am getting this thread ready for the new year, since I will use the first two posts to maintain all images. This is for figures out of Japan except for Kaiyodo, Takara Tomy A.R.T.S., Ikimon/Kitan Club, and Bandai/Bandai Spirits. This first post will be for companies A-L while the second will be for companies M-Z. A couple changes from last year:

1. Misc. Chinese will be in a separate thread
2. I am going to be more selective on what I add here. In the past, I avoided anthropomorphized figures but still included many heavily stylized figures and figures in uncommon media. I will probably not be including many of those this time (it just becomes overwhelming at times), but will make exceptions for interesting and popular taxa. IF I don't include something you want included, add it to the thread and I'll update the OPs accordingly.

I assume Paige is referring to the dogs . I like all three sets, and if I opted collecting sets rather than a synoptic collection, I would have gotten all three

They're all cute but well made.
I appreciate that the chase in the dog set is a tanuki.

Especially the dogs, but I meant all of them! The chonk and the art style really suits all 3 sets.

This latest set is a little less appealing to me but the same art style idea is still cute

I'm definitely not an expert but these don't look familiar to me either. A very nice jellyfish set!
