My sea lion just came in today (I will be doing a review on her shortly), and I built a diorama in a shoebox for her. It is meant to replicate the rocky California coast, and I added some other accessories, including paper fish as "food" and some small toys for "enrichment." The sea lion is made by CollectA, and I named her "Delmar." Any thoughts?

Very nice. I also have this sealion in my collection. CollectA didn't market it at the species level, but I'm also using it as a California sealion.

I didn't know kirbys were native to the California coast!  :))

Yeah, I believe she is a California sea lion, because they are the most familiar sea lion species and the most common species of sea lion in the industry.

Well, that's just a toy I gave Delmar for "enrichment"!  ;)
