A harpy eagle could potentially be very nice, presuming it is not moulded to a branch like so many other bird figures.

Caracal, Dart frog, Otter, Gazelle, and Harpy Eagle are of interests.

I have the old Schleich Gazelle, the Papo Otter, and the Safari Ltd Harpy Eagle but if these figures by Schleich are outstanding (which may or may not be the case) I might replace them.

The Papo Otter is too small for me and the Safari Ltd's Harpy Eagle face looks...off

I'm interested in seeing the Thomson's gazelle, harpy eagle, aardvark, and caracal. I'm excited for the Galloway cow, Schleich usually does pretty good cattle, I'll most certainly get it. The spotted American donkey might be neat too.

Some very interesting species I'd like to collect, like the harpy eagle and the caracal (among others), so I really hope they won't look cartoonish. I mean, I haven't bought any Schleich figures for the last two years or so because of that.

I think I still have the original 1990s otter and fisher, so those are good for me.
The caracal has me intrigued though. Otherwise, not much I see that I need or want.

With the caveat that these are Schleich so still need to see what they look like.

I'd like a Serval to go along with my Caracal, but I feel the Safari Ltd Serval isn't to my liking.

thanks @Renecito - I will add full-sized images to the first post as time allows (I did the chameleon just to make sure I can do it right). BTW, I do not know horses well, can you please supply the names of the horses to your post so I know what is what? LOL. Thanks

The Harpy Eagle, Young Rhino & possibly the Chameleon are the only ones I think I'm gonna get.

some of these look better than expected.

The only one I really wanted, the adult caracal, has a f***ing grin on its face. Uggh. I think I'll wait for 'in hand' pics by other collectors before I decide.

Speaking of cats, the Abyssinian is nice and very tempting!

The harpy eagle, chameleon, poison dart frog, Thompson's gazelle, and otter are all very nice, but none of them are so much better that I feel I need to replace the ones I have. The baby rhino is nice but for now I am not collecting animal babies.

Looks like they went heavy on the cute factor. I think that I'll probably get the Galloway cow, Gastonia, harpy eagle, and caracal adult.

I envisioned the Schleich swamp monster as resembling the Creature from the Black Lagoon, but instead it's basically a crocodile with weird dentition and moss and spikes on its back. Ah well, I'm sure my boys will enjoy it.

The chameleon and the poison arrow frog look neat. Odd that there isn't a single sea creature for next year.
