That is clearly a pufferfish... it's just not inflated.

Very obviously a pufferfish but the problem is, which one? of course the colours don't exist in real species so we only can take the shape and sculpt for guess it. For the general shape I think something in the lines of Sphoeroides or Takifugu.

And I've actually seen completely different colors for this same figure as well, like bright green or red
