Nice figure :) The snowy background works really well. We've gotten snow here, too ;)

They came flying from far away, now I'm under their spell....

Postsaurichian, I like your photos of the mountain goat.  If you ever want to get up close to wild specimens, visit Glacier National Park in Montana.  They are often seen on the Logan Pass hike, habituated to the visitors.  I worked at Glacier in the summer of 1965 while a college student.

Wonderful outside pictures! :) It nearly makes me forget that I had to shovel the snow away from the sidewalk this morning... :-\ ;D I've seen the Mountain Goat on ebay and I was surprised that it isn't that expensive at all! ^-^

Ana

..... oops, one year before I was born :-[ .... and I thought I was one of the older members ;D.
Oh, I'd love to visit Montana :). (Suddenly I hear that groovy Frank Zappa intro - you know, the one with brass & drums: "I might be moving to Montana soon ...." :) .... love it!)
To be honest - I've never been to the U.S. at all :-[, but I want to ... one day.

No, with the exception of the African Elephant they're not so expensive. They're still in production - for the model railway fans, they have a huge lobby in Germany ;D.
I recommend German eBay seller grisu-007 (Modellbau Schneider) if you want to buy one or two :).
