I believe the toy was made around in the 60's-70's, if that helps to reason why it looks like that

Do you prime your figures and what type of acrylics do you use to paint. Also, do you use a sealant?

Hi!
I do prime my figures, I use The Army Painter Colour Primer, and as for acrylics I mostly use Vallejo Game Colors and Citadel colors. I also sometimes use soft pastel dust in addition to the acrylics. For sealants, Citadel Munitorum Varnish and Vallejo Acrylic Matt Varnish have worked for me, both are spray matt varnishes. For eyes, mouths etc I use a glossy varnish with a brush.
