As far as I know, yes. If no date has been specifically reserved, or if nothing has been pre-scheduled in the Blog that day (you should see that in the Dashboard), then it's first come, first serve.

Just updated my picks for HHT since they don't have the new Schleich in yet. I moved the new Schleich mule and paint stallion to Q2, and selected the CollectA Konik mare and Mongolian Stallion for Q1 instead.
