I have to be in the mood and take advantage there and then, and post immediately for the resultant small dopamine boost of having achieved something. If I try and give myself a set schedule it will backfire, because it will feel like a chore and that will destroy my short and long-term motivation, plus other things may come along at short notice that take priority so I'll feel bad for letting you down. I know myself!
