Jut recently got the second set of Lontic sharks:

Not quite as diverse as the first set, but a neat bunch again. More in the Chondrichthyans thread!

Sauroid, Jetoar, and bmathison1972, thanks for your replies about the pseudoscorpion.
Let’s hope more weird arachnids will be sculpted soon.

Aw, I really need to get me that pseudoscorpion couple (probably the entire CapsuleQ Museum set ;D )! 8) The second set of Lontic sharks contains some pretty nice ones, too! :)

EDIT: I nearly forgot, we just returned from a trip to Disneyland Paris and while most toys we bought are for the kids I finally have the Papo Gharial (it was the only one left and a little overpriced at â,¬8.95 but I couldn't resist, the figure is at the bottom left). Hey, maybe I can at least borrough my older son's Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz as a scale figure for photos with animal toys from time to time? ;D

I seem to be on a bit of a shark run these days...

So Takara released yet another set of sharks:

Some re-released species, but they are actually different, in paint and sculpt. More in the chondricthyans thread

I know! I've seen it on ebay for sale on it's own, but I paid just a little more for the set here

Plus, free shipping!

Too good to be true! :o Many thanks, Sean. :)

A.Garcia

My animals from the diorama contest posed together. Thanks to Dr. Admin, Safari Ltd, and voters.  :)

The badger and capybara are really nice- more elegant in hand than they appear in photos.

AnimalToyForum

Brilliant! Glad your figures arrived safely ^-^

brontodocus

Congrats, A.Garcia! :) It's also a very nice variety of animals.

At a local store. They had quite a few boxes of both sets. I'm guessing that they will start cutting prices from the current $12/box soon (they tend to do that with their toys, as they are only there for the Xmas season).
