Super happy with them despite all the trouble... I've managed to fix the odontobenocetops tusk, but not though not perfectly

could I have a look at the sand tiger so I can identify which line it's from? from my memory there's 3 possible lines it could have came from

I know that some Kaiyodo aquatic figures were made available in more than one line, identified by the writing on their base.  As far as sand tiger sharks go I've seen two different sculpts by Kaiyodo.  Mine is this one (not my figure in the photo though): https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/194625178625  I've thrown away its base as I've customised mine to not have a hole in its belly.

Yeah, that's a Bootlecap Aquatales sand tiger shark figure (their only tiger shark so far is from the CapsuleQ series)--that's the Enoshima Aquarium referenced on the cap. Takara and Colorata have both made others...I am not certain of another Kaiyodo though (possibly with one of their more recent CapsuleQ Museum series but I don't have it if there is)

Yeah, probably not the bigger Kaiyodo Aqualand one...if you can find it, it would be a big price tag...

I knew there was another! I just couldn't find it (I have the wolf eel).

The Aquatale is older, but still easier to find than that newer set)

Today I received some Safari figures!  First, the toucan without the berry in the beak.  It's excellent!  Next, the great grey owl.  ...Which is very good except that mine has an unfortunate defect where its eyes look very different to each other because of poor painting.   I can't enjoy it because of that, it just looks silly.  I'm going to try getting another copy of this figure at some point, I think it's very likely it won't have that defect, I haven't seen it on any other copies of it that I've seen.  Finally, I got the Deep sea creatures toob.  I was shocked at how big the its figures are!  I'm fine with their size and I enjoy the pelican eel, dragonfish and angler fish!

Thanks to @bmathison1972 I was introduced to Archie McPhee and their lovely garden birds set which I've ordered.  While on Archie McPhee's website I also discovered they provide crow figures!  I ordered the 4-pack crow set and now that I've received it I'm very happy to finally have a crow figure!

I've also received the Kaiyodo ribbon eel and pets series 2 leopard gecko!  They are lovely!

latest pickups
Acquired the hard to obtain aquaworld sharks set. a wonderful bunch of sharks which are larger than expected(ABT 10cm for the hammerhead, cat, Dusky and sand tiger) but they're curled to fit in the gashapon ball


Next up, I've attained the Schleich 2008 Smooth hammerhead. really nice figure but let down by the awful rubbery plastic I loathe and whined about. wanted to get itdue to it being the most aestatic pleasing hammerhead as I'm a 1 per genus collector who has one genus on displayed. the newer hammerhead, representing the great hammerhead will still be the one on display

Next is the Kaiyodo Tasmanian giant crab or Eugene Harold Krabs as I'm calling mine. he wasn't as pricey as I thought he would be but he still cost quite ABIT for me to get and behind him, I have finally completed building the Krusty Krab in which it would feed all the residents of Coral Attol hehe

Got a Giant Isopod today from AliExpress. Fairly pleased with it. Even has the right amount of legs tho it's a bit yellowish
