How can anyone ever go this long without the hyena figure? But at least you have it now--and I see the maned wolf, which looks amazing.

Whenever he has a new lot of items, he likes to hide him inside of it.   Most of the time, its not as Obvius

brontodocus

Hehe, thanks, all! :)

Yes, exactly, that's the Mojö Fun Great White. :) The shape of the head is very nice but it looks as if the sculpt has only four gill slits (with the fifth one being merely a hint of a gill slit squeezed in) on either side and the claspers are separate from the pelvic fins as if the sculptor didn't know that they are a  part of them.

;D Actually I would have bought the figure earlier but there is only one online shop in Germany (at least that I'm aware of) that carries extant animal figures by CollectA and it was out of stock for some time. And I only order there if the total is >â,¬100 to get free shipping. The Maned Wolf is very gracile. CollectA seems to have used a very rigid plastic for it (like they did in some other slender-legged figures, too), I guess that's necessary because the legs are so long and thin. And the paws are really tiny!

Who? Me? :o No, I never did that. Oh, wait, yes, I did... ;D Admittedly, this one is not crowded enough, but it's been over a year now since I did it the last time. :-[

Are you referring to Wally/Waldo/Walter? That's not a figure, by the way, it's just part of a *.jpg I've copied in. ;) But I would buy a Wally figure, too, if one existed... ;D

I won this Country Artist's swan model for £36. This is a huge model (almost life sized) and is very heavy. It normally retails for £100+, so I guess I got lucky. Country Artists make beautiful resin models by the way (I don't know if they are available in other countries, I think they're a UK based brand..)

I would consider making a walkaround one day, but considering the size of the model, photography is no mean feat :-[

They came flying from far away, now I'm under their spell....

brontodocus

Congrats, what a wonderful swan model with all those individually sculpted feathers! :) There are sources for Country Artists in other countries, too, but I think they are made in the UK and we won't find as many of them on e.g. ebay.de as on ebay.co.uk. I haven't any Country Artists model, yet, but they have some excellent ones, of course. 8)
