Hello friends, this is the figure of Old English Sheepdogof Collecta-Farm Life. Total lenght is 50 mm. This figure was relased in 2006 and it is available. The Old English Sheepdog comes from the very old pastoral type dogs of England, but no records were kept of the dogs, and everything about the earliest types is guesswork. A small drop-eared dog seen in a 1771 painting by Gainsborough is believed by some to represent the early type of the Old English Sheepdog.

Collecta is a young brand of figures, but in his short time of existence, they have done a lot of figures of different species of animals (included rare species of dinosaurs and animals). In their category of wild life, they have included the Old English Sheepdog. This figure is a nice representation of this animal. The colors are exact and the details are nice and the sculpture is beautiful. I think that it is one of the best figures of this animal and a good acquistion for tigers collectors. I bought this figure in aI bought this figure in a flea market the last sunday and I fixed a lot of scuffs that it had ^-^.
