Hello friends, this is the figure of Female Orangutan (Pongo borneus) Linnaeus, 1760 of Schleich-Wild Life. Total lenght is 80 mm. This figure was relased in 2002 and it is retired nowaday. Female orangutans experience their first ovulatory cycle around 5.8–11.1 years. These occur earlier in females with more body fat.[36] Like other great apes, female orangutans enter a period of infertility during adolescence which may last for 1–4 years. Female orangutans also have a 22– to 30-day menstrual cycle.









Schleich are one of the oldest brands that they do figures currently. They have done new figures of some old replicas even their cubs, calfs and juveniles. This replica is one of their old figures. This figure is a very nice replica. The proportions of this figure are nice from my point of view. I think that. Details of hair are really good. The stand of this figure is nice. I bought this figure in a flea market two weeks ago .
