Hello friends, this is the figure of Bottlenose Dolphin (Tursiops truncatus) Montagu, 1821 of Papo - Sea Life. Total lenght is 110 mm This figure was relased in 2008 and it is avaliable nowaday. They are the most familiar dolphins due to the wide exposure they receive in captivity in marine parks and dolphinaria, and in movies and television programs. They inhabit temperate and tropical oceans throughout the world, and are absent only from polar waters.

Papo is a young brand in the world of figures if we compare them wit Safari or Schleich, but they have a important place in the world currently. They are famous for their figures of feline and dinosaurs but they are doing great jobs with the reptiles and birds and their sea animals figures are not a exception. This figure have a great details in his head and teeth. The color of this figure is fantastic ^-^. Proportions are awesome. I think that. Definetly it is one of the best figure of this specie. It is one of my favorite figures of my collection and I bought this figure in a store this weekend ^-^.

Still one of the best Bottlenose Dolphin figures by a non-japanese brand! :) Papo also had a second figure with closed mouth which was as good as this one but has been retired some time ago.
