unknown Viacom Mattel anglerfish

I almost posted this in the manufacturer identification thread, but it didn't quite fit there, because the brand itself is actually known.  It's labelled: N3536 ©2008 MATTEL ©2008 VIACOM CHINA.
A lot of data but not really information that specifies what set this came from or was part of, what property it may have been attached to.  So my question is if anyone recognizes this plastic green fish or what it may have been connected to?

I tried to use Google Lens to see if it vame up with anything but got bust. It did bring up one that had been posted on Reddit, but no info for it dangit!

Being Viacom, it has to be a TV tie in of some kind, but no idea what.
