It's just distorted (maybe due to mold shape).

I recently got a bootleg based on Kinto FDW-008 Brachiosaurus, but with curled neck & tail.

That actually looks more like a bootleg of the 2012 Carnegie Brachiosaurus.

The texture of the sculpt, open mouth, and pose (minus the curved neck) are the giveaways.
