Those are Harry Potter creatures/characters. Fluffy the 3 headed dog and a Thestrel foal (baby nightmare flying horse ).

All of Schleich's 'standard' animals are typically introduced early in the year. Later releases are usually playsets, or fantasy or creatures from movies/TV.
Every now and then, a variant of something might be released/announced later, but generally all of your 'typical' animal figures are in the first wave.
