Are there any animal species that you have own at least one figure of from renditions from Papo, Schleich, CollectA and Safari? For me, it will be the Great white shark. The Hammerhead and Manta ray does not 100% count as they have made different species of those animals.

Neat question. I don't think so. I only collect duplicates of arthropods. I have a  Mexican red-kneed tarantula from three of the four (not Papo) but otherwise not close. Schleich doesn't make arthropods 99% of the time.
Any reason you left Mojo of the list of 'major companies'?

Nope. Like bmathison, I prefer to only collect one of each species. For extant animals, that is. Prehistoric animals is a different matter. I come closest with Allosaurus, having figures from Papo, Safari, and Schleich...but not CollectA. Or Mojo either but I avoid Mojo dinosaurs.

Only one, the sperm whale.

I come close with the orca (Safari, Schleich, Papo). However, the sperm whale is a bit of a technicality because between Schleich and Papo, I own the variants of the same sculpt they outsourced from Maia and Borges.

The only reason I own as many orcas as I currently do is that they're figures I held onto since my childhood. Figures I've collected as a young adult are mainly ones that I consider ''worth it'', if I feel the company reached some sort of expectation or if I'm collecting a retired variant of an interesting figure ( i.e. why I own the figures from Schleich's 1:32 Seetiere line and the Papo sperm whale). The sperm whale just happened to be an animal that I thought each company had a version that was ''worth it''. Most of the figures I collect from certain companies, like CollectA, are usually species not being produced by anyone else.

Mojo ranks among them, too.

I think the only animal that I have across all brands would be hyenas, although CollectA only makes a striped right now...but I do have all four (+ the mini) Schleich, both Papo, and the wildlife and toob ones from Safari.

Plus many, many others. Including Mojo.

Cachalot

I collect Sperm whales and deer species from different manufacturers because I think they are worth it.  I would like to find an MBA Sperm whale, eventually.

Some updates; and I am going to claim 'FIVE' major companies, as Mojo should rank among Safari, CollectA, Schleich, and Papo. Still nothing from all five, but I do have:

1. emperor scorpion: 3 (Safari, Mojo, Schleich)
2. Mexican red-kneed tarantula: 4 (Safari, Mojo, Schleich, CollectA)

For both of these I also have Bullyland, which historically would have been part of the Big 6, but they've gotten too inconsistent over the years to remain viable.

As mentioned above, it would be hard to have something from all 5, since Mojo and Schleich make arthropods with such infrequency. Papo has been making a ton of arthropods lately, but mostly European species that are less likely to be made by CollectA or Safari.

I have white-tailed bucks from Safari, Papo, Schleich, and CollectA (and white-tailed does from Safari, Schleich, and Mojo). Based on what I plan to get, I'll also have a red deer from each of those brands, except Mojo.
