Elephants and Mammoths in the same scale

So as the title says, I've been looking for elephants and mammoths in the same scale. My issue is, I'm not sure they exist.

Using my Safari Ltd Wild Safari African Elephant as a base model, I've found that the Carnegie Woolly Mammoth and Safari American Mastodon, while in scale with each other, are too big for my elephant. Similarly, the Safari Woolly Mammoth and EoFauna Steppe Mammoth, while also in scale with each other, are too small for my elephant.

After seeing a fantastic review of ITOY's Paraceratherium on Dino Toy Blog that showed a bunch of rhino species, both extant and extinct, in scale with each other, I've been inspired to do the same with elephants. Anyone have any ideas? Not sure if the better way to go about this would be to purchase a new elephant to go in scale with my mammoth or vice versa.

Also I wasn't sure if I should post this here or on the Dinosaur Toy Forum, so my apologies if this doesn't belong.

It's an interesting question. Size and which mamoth is the main issue. The woolly is roughly the same size as an African elephant, so if they are the same size, you are in scale. There is a picture of all the mammoths in this Wikipedia article that works for the rest, for rough scale.

Irritatingly, a lot of companies don't give scale to any figures, so it may be a case of number crunching to work out the scale your figures are in.

This is an interesting question. I have the Carnegie mammoth and Safari Mastodon and have not gotten any extant elephants because I too would like them to all scale together. I think you might get more answers on the Dinosaur Toy Forum though, it's generally much busier there. In fact, I think most of the members here are also there, plus some.

Yep, I've found that to be a big problem, especially since it seems that sometimes companies just flat out get their own scale wrong!

Alright I'll try posting there, thanks!
