Hunting for a specific plush wolf...

Hi Everybody!

I have a much-loved stuffed wolf plushie that was purchased (I believe) from the Bronx Zoo in NYC between 2000-2005. I've been trying to find a plush of the same model online so I have a replacement in case something happens to it, but so far have had no luck, and I think it might be a retired design. I'm wondering if anybody here has the knowledge to at least figure out the brand, so I can keep a more precise watch if any happen to come up on ebay or elsewhere, or if perhaps (if I get incredibly lucky) it's not a retired design and I could find another one. Here are some pics:



This plushie is about 11 inches tall.

The one that I think is closest is this one from Wild Republic:

It's the right size and shape, but the color pattern around the face is wrong, and the nose and ears are the wrong color.

There's also this one from Douglas:

Which has a closer coloring, but the eyes and nose are all wrong.

And this one froom Fiesta:

Which is not quite the right size or coloring, but is close.

I don't remember what it's original fur texture was like, but may have been fluffier than current. My strongest suspicion is that it's an out-of-date Wild Republic model. I've looked through ebay and not been able to find any older plushies that match, so I'm at an impasse.

Do any of you fine animal toy experts have thoughts or guidance?
