Comparing Original figures with their Bootleg counterparts

Sometimes knock-offs are tricky to tell apart; other times they are a bit distinct on their own, while still obviously taking off from a previously existing model.  They can be subtle, less subtle or downright amusing.  Here are a couple of mine:

Colorata viperfish (right) along with enlarged duplicate simply listed on eBay or Amazon by it's genus name "chauliodus" (left).  Pros: it's big (approx 5 inches) if you like larger figures, comes in one piece and is probably less delicate.  Cons: it doesn't stand easily on its own, we probably don't know what materials it's made of and it's a copy of a different figure

AAA anglerfish (far right) with various doppelgangers (I'm not positive whether the small one on the far left is an actual knock-off or just a smaller make from the same brand).  The middle ones seem to be dollar store "squeak toy" variants that originally come packaged with several other bootlegs of the same AAA set.  They also have no teeth.
