Phidal world of sharks my busy book figures

I came across this book containing shark figures and some of the contents like the goblin and santiger shark peaked my interest, so I bought it. How does the set fare, let's see! Going from left to right:

Bull shark
Pros:
Squarish snout is present though would be rounder
Top caudal fin is larger than the bottom
Cons:
Lack of anal fin and 5th gill slit
Caudal fin is too small in proportion to the rest of the body

Goblin shark
Pros:
Jaw isn't protuding like many models
5 Gill slits present
Cons:
Snout is too fat when viewed on top
It has 2 anal fins!

Great white shark
Pros:
Overall proportion looks good
5 Gill slits are present and appropriately large
Cons:
Top lobe of caudal fin is too skinny
Lack of caudal keel and blacktips on fins
Grey is too uniform

Hammerhead shark
Pros:
Top lobe of caudal fin is larger than bottom
5 Gill slits appropriately small in size
Cons:
Unnatural pose
Mouth is too far back from the cephalofoil, giving it an appearance similar to Anchor from Finding Nemo

Mako shark
Pros:
Good proportions
5 appropriately large Gill slits
Cons:
Sculpt is a shrunken down Safari LTD figure
2 anal fins!

Sand tiger shark(IMO the best figure in the set)
Pro:
Hunchback present
Spots present

Cons:
Body does feel Abit too short
Caudal fin should be slightly larger
4 Gill slits
Pelvic fins should be smaller

Sawfish (mislabeled as saw shark)
Pros:
Accurate caudal fin
5 Gill slits present
Cons:
Eyes should be on the too, not the sides gills are too far down and too far from nostrils and mouth, which are also too far apart from one another
No sphiracles

Thresher shark
Pros:
Blue color if representing pelagic thresher
Cons:
4 Gill slits
Lack of anal and 2nd dorsal fin
Eye is slightly too small and far off
Proportions look off
Top lobe of caudal fin looks too thin

Tiger shark
Pros:
5gill slits
Upper lobe of caudal fin is larger than bottom
Cons:
Sculpt is shrunken down MBA tiger shark
Head is too large and pointy

Whale shark
Pro:
Head looks spot on to the real animal
Nice spot patterns
5 Gill slits
Nicely proportioned body
Cons:
pose looks unnatural
Upper tail lobe should be way larger

Overall, this is a good set for children but may put off hardcore shark fans like me
