Apologies for the weird layout, I updated a plugin and it messed things up. I'm trying to solve it.

The front page layout seems to be okay for me on mobile, and on Chrome on a laptop, but on Safari it's a real mess. I can't work out why. Is anyone else noticing problems on the front page?

I deleted cookies etc. on Safari to see if that helped. It didn't. But weirdly, the layout is completely fine if I view the site in a private window on Safari. I'm confused!

I turned Safari off and on again. And that fixed it! So, if you're experiencing similar issues, try closing down your browser and reopening. Phew, I was worried I broke the forum!

Its presenting weird for me now- I will play around with some things and see if it fixes it but I thought I'd share how its showing up for me currently (on mobile on Chrome)

Aaaaand clearing my cache and cookies fixed it.

Clearing cache and cookies worked for me, too. But now I have to go re-log into EVERYTHING...uggh

Luckily, for things that are not sensitive or financial, I have the passwords saved, so it's not a biggie. I always have to manually sign in to anything financial or purchase related (eBay, PayPal, Amazon, etc.)

Yeah, that's smart! I was just reading an article about more "hacking" events being reported for US banks and other financial institutions. Scary!

Sorry for the inconvenience. The cause was that I updated the 'portal' that sets all the side bars and blocks that aren't just forum boards. I've been meaning to do it for ages but was putting it off because it can go wrong. Luckily not too wrong in this occasion! I was hoping the update would fix the issue with teh different font sizes in different blocks on mobile view, but nope!

To make the forum more mobile-friendly I've removed the sidebar and all its content from devices with screens less than 900px wide. If you're a mobile user and miss any of the features please let me know.
