Looks like they are doing two deep sea sets, one in June and one in July.

Sean, looks like an interesting fish in this set. Otherwise a lot of duplicates. I think the isopod might be the same from their set a couple years ago (the size is the same...)

Wow, this set looks awesome! Definitely have to keep my eyes peeled for this one.

I am getting the Indonesian coelacanth and Frilled shark. The others are either repeats or...meh.

And if you're looking for them...look soon. These sets are short-lived and restricted to Japan.

Good to know, thanks for the heads up. Unfortunately I'm in a position to spend too much on Japanese deep sea creature models at the moment so we'll see how long these stick around.

It is possible to get some of the figures at cheap price? In eBay I've saw the ones that I'm interested in, but they costs about 35 to 56 $ EACH figurine!!!! (plus shipping costs). There is also the option of buy the whole set for about 50 $ and then the price is fair (less than 10$ for each figure), but then I will spend a lot on figures that I don't want.
I want the oarfish and coelacanth from Set 1 and opah and colossal squid from set 2. Is there any way, much cheaper than eBay, for get these?

I have been using Buyee for 8 years now. Set 1 is to be re-released. But loose figurines, even using Buyee, is an expensive business. I buy whole sets when I can and sell the ones I do not like. This has worked well till now. I sell of the ones I do not want for a attractive price, covering my purchase costs many times.

@Isidro , hate to disappoint you! I only bought the plankton from both sets.
I bought them via Global Rakuten in a shop that sells the figurines apart. But these loose ones (as with some sets now days) get sold out in days/weeks.
on Yahoo auctions they turn up now and then.
