Hello! This is my first real post here besides my introduction post. I was inspired by Blaine's synoptic collection post to do my own version and showcase the collection I currently have, and I will update this post in the future with my new acquisitions. If anyone could help me identify the companies or species of figures that I list as unknown, that would be great! Also, if you have any corrections, feel free to share. I'm not super knowledgeable on animal taxonomy or figure makers, so any new information is helpful!

That being said, I'm going to start my thread off with some of the Artiodactyla group (Deer, Bovines, Antelope, Giraffes, Pigs, Camels, Hippos.)

I haven't covered bovids yet; a huge group in toy form but it's one of my more favorite mammal groups

Fabulous! In fact as you said is very clear the inspiration from Blaine's synoptic collection, with the only difference that your collection is not synoptic.
The 8/9 deer is clearly a white-tailed or mule deer, due to the shape of the antlers.
I was unaware of the Papo wild yak. It's a retired figure, I suppose?

Hello! Wow it's been a long time since I posted here. My postings broke off suddenly because some stuff happened in my life, but I am back. In terms of my collection, a lot is different. I went fully synoptic with my collection, so I only showcase one of each species now, even on my shelves. The idea appealed to me too much and I had to change my whole collection around. I am not satisfied with the representation I have for most species, but one by one I'm slowly improving them. Eventually, I will sell or trade some of the ones that I no longer show. I have also gathered a large new collection of species, Including my first four figures from japanese companies and eleven figures currently on the way. So there is my whole explaination
