I'm almost certain that, like they often did before, the photos show a large, soft vinyl model (the one held in hand) and the one on a stand seems to be one of the so called "Softmodels" which actually aren't particularly soft. That one would be most likely only half as big but higher detailed. Loos to me as if all the others are "Softmodels", too!
