Hello friends, this is the figure of
Indian flying fox(Pteropus giganteus) Brünnich, 1782 of
Schleich-Wild Life. Total lenght 50 mm and its wingspan is 90 mm. This figure is of 2014 new line of figures and currently is avaliable. Indian flying foxes lives in rain forests and swamps, where a large body of water is nearby. The Indian flying fox is frugivorous or nectarivorous.

Schleich are releasing diferents species of animals that they have done in the past and 2014 is not a exception. I think that this figure is a great replica of this animal. Colors are very nice and the sculpture, stand and details are very nice also, but I think that they have forgotten the orange of its neck. I think that currently it is a beautiful and great figure for collectors of birds in general but, I think that Papo version of this bird is better. I bought this figure yesterday in a store of Cádiz (Spain)
