unfortunately I can't find much down to the species level, but I'm going to have to say the family is Psychrolutidae and genus is Cottonculus or possibly Psychrolutes

now it'll have to be up to someone else to determine the species

I have experience with badgers though. Worked for years as volunteer with badgers  :)
