Crocodile Shark (Safari Ltd. - Wild Safari Sealife)

Walk-around of the retired Safari Ltd. Wild Safari Sealife Crocodile Shark, Pseudocarcharias kamoharai (Matsubara, 1936). Total length is 169 mm, scale approx. 1:5 - 1:6.

Such an odd species choice, but that's a good thing! :))  Another one of my favorites, and it's nice that they put mini versions in some of their tubes as well.

I think the same that you friend  ^-^. I think that Safari do rare species of sharks and fishes as other brands as Collecta do rare species of dinosaurs. This figure is a great star to Safari  ^-^.

Yes, the Sharks Toob contains a mini version of this one which is stamped "Grey Reef Shark":

Hehe, yes, the eyes are very large (and have that white spot, too) - which is accurate, though, it's not only the smallest lamniform shark but also apparently stays at depths below 200 m during the day and comes nearer to the surface only at night.
