European Hedgehog (Schleich - Wild Life)
« on: January 12, 2013, 01:04:06 AM »
Hello again friends, this is the european hedgehog figure of Schleich. Currently he is avaliable with his calfs.

Hedhog figures are a good resource for figure brands and Schleich is not different. I think of this figurethe same that the red squirrel: Is too big. Proportions, color and sculpture are nice but is too big compared the badgers, foxes, does, etc. How ever, the cubs have the ideal size form my point of view  ^-^. I think that figure is a basal figure for other brand as Collecta that they have two hedgehog very similars. I bougth this figure the same day that badgers and red squirrel  ^-^.

It was probably because "European Hedgehog" was originally missing in the title, it was simply "(Schleich - Wild Animals)" but I modified the title when I saw it, so the reason seems less obvious now - but it reminded me to make the correction, actually. :)

EDIT: BTW, this is one of the figures that demonstrate how good it is to have differently sized lines... A Wildlife Wonders Wolf would probably be more or less in scale with it. :)

Ah, I see :) Thanks Brontodocus. Yes, we must remember to include the full company and line in the title, so the posts are easy to search for. It will also make them more likely to show up in a google searches, and what not :)
