Oh, the CollectA Cameroon sailfin chameleon was pretty sweet. So were the Safari nudibranch and squirrel monkey.

Yes, sorry, I meant Safari squirrel monkey, not spider monkey (above).

I didn't give the nudibranch much weight since it's generic and not sure what species, if any, it is modeled after.

Updated! I'm liking the mixture so far. I've also thrown the Papo Walrus into the ring.

One more contender and we'll have a top ten - we won't need a poll then. 

Nah, I reckon we can get up to 20 or so contenders before I set up the poll.

I can't find them listed in either the 2016 or 2017 "New for" sections. A forum search didn't yield any results either. Have they been discussed on the forum anywhere?

It was a 2017 set. Even though the caiques are separate subspecies I wouldn't include both of them, but I would include both the blue and gold and rainbow macaws.
