Colorata Deep Sea Fish differences?

The Colorata Deep Sea Fish set caught my eye for a few reasons, mainly because of the oarfish. I have a couple of these sets on my watch list and noticed that the oarfish appears to have different poses in each set. One is much more serpentine than the other, and upon closer inspection I saw that some of the bases and other animals have slight adjustments as well. Is this just a difference in stock images or are there actually two differing sets?

They have indeed updated the set. I believe that they added a Barrel Eye, and the oarfish is definitely a different sculpt and paint job (it's more pink now).

This is not unusual for CollectA sets--the Saltwater fishes, Reef fishes, River life and Fossil fishes sets have all undergone additions, repaints and subtractions.

Oh interesting! So is the less serpentine oarfish the newer, updated version?

I can't remember off hand what the new one looks like, but this is mine--I'm pretty sure that it is more serpentine and more red.
