Looking for this figure: AAA Bald eagle

I'm looking for this figure, if anyone knows where I can find one or might be interested in selling their copy just let me know. At the moment there seems to be one on Ebay, but the blurred picture in the auction doesn't look much like the one below, seems more like a knock-off.

Do you have a link? They was also sold as Bullyland Fremdserie in the late 90s in Germany. And i think i saw that also on Taobao, a chinese online auction website.
